RESTART L is also useful as part of your ongoing maintenance programme. Regularly add RESTART L (a beneficial microbial liquid) to your tank to assist in re-activating a ‘slow’ or ‘dead tank’.
You will know if your tank has become slow or dead because it will often admit odours in the system’s pipework.

Add 100=200mls per 1000l of tank volume. RESTART L is best added at a time when usage is minimal or if the tank will not be used for a minimum period of 4 hours.
This will allow RESTART L to activate the tank’s contents. Mr Bokashi recommends that you add RESTART L at the furthest entry point from your tanks (e.g. toilet or shower) to help maintain clear lines and pipes.
Repeat this act every 6 months or earlier if you have any issues.
Maintenance:
Add 150-200mls Restart L per month to maintain good function.
Sludge tanks / Grease traps
Add 100ml per 100 litres of tank volume via inspection caps. This is best done at periods of reduced or nil inflow to allow the product to settle into the tank’s contents.
