Description

The Nature Loo ‘MINI’ is a dehydrating waterless toilet. Sterile urine is separated from solids and directed into a small bathtub sized gravel absorption trench (or collected and diluted for use as a fertiliser). A low wattage ventilation fan operating on solar or mains power pulls air through the system which dehydrates the solids. When the collection bin is full the starch-based biobag can be added to your garden compost bin. Cover it with 10 cm or more of organic matter such as grass clippings to break down the bag and contents.

This style of waterless toilet using biobags is common in Europe and America. The differentiating point of the MINI, apart from its stylish appearance and superior finish, is its large size 22 litre bin. The collection bin only requires emptying once every 3-4 weeks when used by a couple as their sole toilet.

It is an excellent choice as an odourless toilet for use at home as a second toilet or as the only toilet in a cabin for weekend or holiday use.
